3. Game Rules & Conduct

You agree to follow all in-game rules and community guidelines, which may be updated periodically. Cheating, exploiting, harassment, or any behavior that disrupts the server will result in disciplinary action, including bans without refund.

4. Purchases & Donations

All payments made through the MossyMC shop are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to ranks, items, and virtual currency. All digital goods are delivered as-is.

MossyMC reserves the right to modify, remove, or limit access to purchased items if deemed necessary for gameplay balance or rule enforcement.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft and MossyMC-related accounts. Sharing or selling accounts is not allowed.

6. Server Availability

We strive for high uptime, but MossyMC does not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause downtime.

7. Intellectual Property

All server content, branding, and website materials are the intellectual property of MossyMC and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the server or services at any time for any reason, including breach of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms
