  • Digital items (ranks, tags, currency, etc.) have no real-world value and remain the property of MossyMC.

3. Player Conduct

  • Staff decisions are final. Arguing with staff or attempting to bypass punishments may result in further action.

4. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Severe rule violations may result in permanent bans with no right to appeal.

5. Changes to Terms

  • MossyMC is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees.

  • We are not responsible for any data loss, account loss, or in-game progress due to server issues, updates, or technical failures.
