💸 Refund Policy

1. General Policy

• All purchases made on the MossyMC Store are final and non-refundable.
  Since our products are digital (ranks, tags, currency, etc.), they don’t hold real-world value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded under normal circumstances.

2. Exceptions

• We understand that sometimes things happen. Refunds may be considered in special cases, such as duplicate purchases or technical issues, at our discretion.
  If you believe there was an issue, please reach out to us within 7 days of your purchase so we can review your request.

3. Chargebacks

• Filing a chargeback without first contacting MossyMC Support can result in a permanent ban from the server. We're always happy to help resolve any issues directly!
